You need more attention on the culture instead of just common questions. The questions are pointless with the cultural information in it. And that's also what we expect to learn in the conversation.
Good start, but you will probably want to expand on your objectives to include details on your preparation for the interview, your ideas about ways to go about the the interview process, and the post-interview work that will be required for the project.
Your objectives are very simple, you are on the right track yet you will need to come up with some more detailed objectives in order to have a good interview :)
Full preparation and planning on how to conduct an interview is very important to achieve your goals of the interview! You'd better add them to your objectives too.
You need to be WAY more specific with these. It should all add up to at least a half of a page in length. Describe how you want the interview to go, what kind of questions you want to ask, and what you will do to make sure it runs smoothly.
